Lumina (the "Site") is an independent interactive art piece. Our privacy principle is simple: we do not collect, store, or transmit any information that could identify you personally. This policy is written in the spirit of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the ePrivacy Directive.

1. What data we collect

None. The Site has no sign-up, login, form submission, or back-end database. Any "wish" text you type is rendered briefly as an animation in your current browser only — it is never sent to any server and never stored, and it disappears when you refresh the page.

2. Local storage

The Site writes a single flag named lumina_consent_v1 to your browser's localStorage, solely to remember that you have seen the cookie notice so it isn't shown again. This flag contains no personal information, stays on your device, and can be removed at any time by clearing your browser data. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Third parties

The Site embeds no third-party analytics, advertising, social widgets, or tracking scripts, and shares no data with anyone — because there is no data to share.

4. Server logs

As with almost any website, the web server hosting the Site may temporarily record standard access-log entries when you visit — such as IP address, browser type, and request time — for security and troubleshooting. These logs are rotated and deleted automatically on a routine schedule by the hosting service, are not used for analytics or profiling, and are not shared with anyone except where legally required.

5. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, erase, and restrict the processing of your personal data. Because the Site holds no personal data about you, these rights are satisfied here without any action needed.

6. Children

The Site is public-facing artistic content. It is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect anyone's personal information.

7. Changes to this policy

If the Site's functionality changes such that this policy needs updating, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
